Not bad. My wrist really flared up bad today. I couldn't use straps so I figured I'd give hook grip a go. It really limited my pull so I was disappointed in the reps, but it is a hook grip PR and if it will get Jesse to shut up about hook gripping, then it isn't a total loss...ha ha, knowing he reads this...I'm sure I'll get some shit. I think that I need to do more volume on my deadlift days. I'm thinking about dropping down after my top set each week and hitting something like 10x2 or a 5x5 just to get some extra work. These will probably be dead stop each rep.


I hope I can get everything healed up soon...being beat up sucks

On a side note, I got a cake pan for christmas that makes cakes into the shape of a donut...but like 10 times the size of a regular donut. I call it the Mac Cake
