It was great to get a PR in the deadlift. I set one the first cycle I did, and haven't got one since. Farmers felt good, I took it slow to test out my knee, it didn't do anything crazy, so next time I'll up the speed a bit, grip felt solid though so it shouldn't be a problem. This has been a great cycle of training, I have hit PRs in every lift so far and I hope it continues.
