Trained with Troy at UNL Campus. We thought that since it was 9pm on a friday, there wouldn't be anybody there...we were wrong. Plenty of douches to go around and make fun of. We really worked on getting Troy low enough on the squat. He has quite the mental block when he gets down in the hole. Just something he has to be consistant with and work hard on. Other than that, it was a pretty intense session.
