Not bad, I did deadlift all beltless and strapless with a double overhand for the most part. On my later sets with 455 I had to resort to a few reps of each set over-under...I need to train grip more. I have been doing some fat grip work at the end of workouts to see if that helps. Jesse gave me a Jack's Pizza to try, for the money, it was pretty damn good. I made the whole thing and folded it in half calzone style. Not a bad post training meal.
