Off week Day 3

Last heavy day before the end of the season 5 weeks out from Celtic and a lot of things are going to happen real quick before that. I may decide to add a heavy day here and there if I feel like strength is an issue, but hot nasty speed is what we are after.

It was late when I got to training and the days are starting to get shorter...which really sucks...

Throwing:
Stone
Took about 10 throws total last 4 were over 50 and best of 52'. It was one of those throwing days when everything feels like it's lining up and all you have to do is go faster to go further. I like those days.

Training:
Warm up was done between warm up sets of squat and included:
Hip swings, KB swings, Hip activation

Squat - Squat Drop Jump - Jump Squat - Assisted Jump
515x1 - x3 -  90kg - Average band
x4

Between sets I did:
Pullups, hanging leg raises, row, band pull aparts.

Good day, felt fast on the squat and felt I managed the fatigue well.
