No throwing today, too late to get any work in and I wanted to hit the weights hard and get to bed.

Bike, Hip work
Squat - Jump Squat - Hurdle Hops - Accelerated Jump
485x2 - 75kg x3 - x5 - x3
x5
In between I did core work and accessory.
Building more of that go-fast!
