Throwing:
OS, working on the getting to the finish on balance, left foot down quick, and a smooth fast finish.
Felt good overall. I could tell I had quite a bit of fatigue in the legs from the weekend, but went ok.
Last 3 throws taken competition style went 51+, 52+, and 53+ which is a practice PR for that stone.
Training:
Starting to reduce the weight to work on speed.
Squat - Hudle Hops - Jump Squat - Assisted Jumps.
489x2 - x5 - 70kg x3 - Average Band x3

Thrower's Rows
Oscillating Bench Press 70kg x3
Good day, felt good on the open stone, practice PRs are perfect for this time of year and if I can keep my head right, should help immensely in games.
