Comp Week Day 3 P-Town

Getting used to the lower weights and hoping that it's what I need! It's all about building speed.

Throwing:
Warm Up

Squat worked up to 315x3 (prime the CNS)

Squat - Hurdle Hops - KB Jumps - Box Jumps
275x3 - x5 - 106x2 - x2

Good day, felt fast. Really excited to potentially get a tendo in a few weeks in exchange for some NE Beef.
