Feeling really rough today. I haven't really been training hard as the main goal was just to get through Utah and Chicago without issue. I know I'm WAAAAY behind where I should be this year and I know it's really due to not hitting it hard in the field and gym, so that's what I've been doing, and it hurts...it hurts good, but it still hurts.
So today was more restorative work
Bike x 6'
Hip swings/mobility
ankle mobility
Throga
Worked up a sweat, felt better, NormaTec boots, Tacos, Bed.
