HW

Feeling ok today, pretty fatigued still from squats but ready to do some work with the HW.

Warm up

HW
1 Turns x a whole bunch and a few out close to 40. Still not getting the right finish on balance.
Full Throws x a few out past 40, but still not finishing on balance with good pop but I was too gassed to keep working on it. I had a few more than last time that felt more normal.

Training:

Clean Grip Snatch
Worked up in triples to 85kg for a double.

Not bad...real hot and sweaty. Post workout weight at 275, probably lost about 3-4#.
