Felt really good today, I hit my goal on the dumbell for training on the last heavy day before the Gus, I am hopefull for at least 11 at contest time. The rest of the time was spent making my triceps tired, that's basically what it amounted to. I'm definitely thankful for my progress as of late, glad I'm not really breaking down physically. I have lots of things that are very sore and painful right now. Each morning for the past 3 months when I wake up, my left wrist will barely move and my left knee can't take much right without a thourough warm-up. My left hip flexor recently went hay-wire so it's been incredibly sore lately. I can't wait for this de-load week to get everything hopefully feeling better.
