First training session back home. I miss the Steel Jungle, but this is what I have to work with for now. I'm planning on setting my training up like this: Monday will be lower weight high rep OHP and Thursday will be higher weight high rep stuff. I really feel that I need more endurance on my press for reps so I hope this volume scheme will pay off. If I keep the weight lower on mondays I'm hoping I won't come into NAHA Nats overtrained. We'll see as we go.
