Still considering this a deload week so nothing too heavy. Tried to keep the volume down to improve recovery for next week.

5 one turns, hit my first mark at 38 so I did three more and was able to get one out to 41 with good pop!
That left 7 more full throws for my 15 throws for the day and I was able to get out to 42 feet but not consistent. I'm missing the aggressive finish I need to throw far here and am trying to build it too fast out of the back to make up for it. The 41 1 turn was smooth and slow out of the back with great block and finish in the front and I need the fulls to start to get that way. If I can do it with a one turn, it will come in the fulls.
