I decided I needed another hammer day this week since I most likely won't get one on Tuesday or Wednesday as I am working a weird schedule to get out of here to Portland. My ab held up well but started to get sore as I worked on increasing the orbit. I took some pretty high intensity throws and managed a 16# throw of 132 and a 14# throw of 141. I took probably 20 throws total. I would like to get the 14 out to 145-150 by the end of the season and I think everything else will fall into place.

Not a bad day. I'm going to try to really push the explosive work this week at a higher volume and intensity that I may usually do for a competition week.
