Feeling a little beat up from day one but not bad. Was able to work out the soreness with a good warm up and hit some braemar stone, but not too much as Portland doesn't contest the Braemar instead doing the Portland stone...which I hate. So instead of beating myself up with the Braemar that I won't be doing this week, I hit more open stone earlier in the week as I've been changing up some technical things and wanted to drive them in a bit more.
