I am just blasted. My lats and triceps are toast from yesterday and after the SSB Smokeshow today, I'm not sure I'll be able to walk tomorrow. I've slowly started to build back up, my neck can take more and more, so I'm starting to shift the voices in my head from "It's ok to stop, you don't want to hurt yourself more" to "Don't be a pussy! you can do 10 more reps, you aren't even walking funny yet!" I don't like that second voice in my head, but he's smart the majority of the time...the trick is knowing which to listen to and when. Still learning that one...so is Bryan "Death Ankle" Benzel
