Not a bad day, first time in a while I've loaded up the overhead. It felt fine on my neck, so I'll start adding that back in slowly. I'm feeling pretty good, my neck is healing and I threw shot yesterday and actually hit some fairly decent numbers. We'll see if I can keep improving on that. Lower at Jesse's tomorrow!!!
