Great day, trained with Troy and this was the first day that I felt like my neck could take a little more pushing. So we pushed hard. Really hard. Troy almost puked and I wanted to fall in the pool. Shot felt good, the rotation is feeling more natural, I just need to slowly start building up speed. I'm 7 feet away from my goal and 1 foot short of my best half spin competition throw. So I feel good about where I am. Just have to keep being smart about my neck.
