Good day, the deadlift went well, I was pretty much to failure off the floor on my last rep of 525. I like this system for pulling. I'll basically keep increasing my weight each week and decrease the number of singles I pull. The whole reason I'm doing this is to better my pull from the floor. I'll keep squatting on tuesdays and then will rotate my assistance exercises around to help my goals.
