High;Low, High;Low, Low backwards drag x 1 (sucked)

The last set was done, high/low down and back so actually 60 yds a shot, except for the last backwards low handle drag...which was one of the worst things I think I've done in a while. You are in a position where your step length is lik 7 inches and my quads were already shot from the 60 yd pushes...plus you are all bent over, it's not fun.
