Deads felt good today, I might have gone up too fast in weight though because my first sets felt really crappy but as I went on they felt better. I can tell I'm still not fully recovered from Saturday because the lockout at the top was a big grind. The yoke carry was a test today, I've not gone that heavy yet and it was interesting to see how it felt (not good, in case you were wondering). Elliot joined in tonight for the fun and I can't wait to hear how he feels tomorrow and the next day. He worked hard though, so I applaud him for that.
