Not very happy with the deadlift, it was very disappointing today actually. Jesse thought it might have something to do with my 20 rep squats on friday...very good point. Still, I was looking for some good numbers today and didn't get it. Oh well...my plan is to take it easy on the lower body stuff this week and really work for a big pull on tuesday of next week.
