What a day, very nice PR on the deadlift, I feel like I could have done more, but I didn't feel real good about really maxing out tonight with all the other things I had planned. Yoke kicked my ass once again, I really need to get better at the yoke. I sliced my leg open pretty good on the keg loading and it blooded up quite a bit. Tomorrow is a much needed day o' rest
