Good day, felt like I was able to push pretty hard with some decent speed. The eccentrics felt more controlled. I am stopping the bar pretty far off my chest to save my shoulders, but I feel that's ok at this point. I will go off the pad for my high intensity day and put some weight on based on the tendo speed next and see how it goes.
