Comp Week Day 3 - Kirksville

Last day of training this week. I got an old Tendo and wanted to try it out with some squat and bench to see what it showed. I tried to keep the reps between 1.10 m/s and 1.20 m/s with squats to 315 and bench to 135.

I ended up doing:

315 x2-3 at 1.1-1.2m/s
x5

with squat drop jump and jump squats

Bench

135 x2-3 at 1.1-1.2m/s
x5

with band pull aparts

Trying to feel fast, not sure if I am!
