Good day! I got to train with Troy at his apartment gym and take all the 45s they had to squat with. Sarah came along and did a Tour De France while we did a Tour De Force. Throwing tomorrow, hope it goes will with my back. I wasn't sure how squat would feel, but after I put the belt on, it was just the first rep of each set that felt funky, after that it was fine. Still getting better.
