Not a bad day, we didn't get to throw, so that sucks, but thursday weather has just been bad lately. I didn't do too bad on my strict press, I tied my best at 200 and was 6 pounds under a calculated max PR. I did a lot today, but don't feel too beat up which is really nice. I realized that I can search my log for past weights, but only if the numbers stand alone so I might go back and re post a lot of posts to change ###x## to ### x## so I can search for PRs easier. Squat tomorrow, looking forward to going heavy!
