Trying to warm up my back since it was hurting with the SSB. I tried the straight bar today and here was warm up:
This put my 1RM at 611 at MVT of .35m/s. 87.5% of that was 535
Squat - Drop Squat - Jump Squat - 10 Step Bound
535x2 6s Ecc - x2 - 185x2 - x1
x5 4min rest break
Side Bend

Low back was pretty sore throughout. I was able to brace pretty hard and that helped. I'm not sure if I should go with hatfield squats for a while and see if that unloads my back, or maybe go with some belt squat for my remaining eccentrics. This low back pain is something I've dealt with before and have been able to work through, but it's pretty hard to manage.
