ECC W2-D4

Kind of a weird day...I was set to do 90% SSB for 3 rep clusters at 20s rest. I found my 1RM, but my body was not feeling it. Low back was all jacked up, knees were hurting. So I turned my workout into more of hatfield squats. I worked up to about 575 and felt pretty decent. Back and knee pain was much better, and I felt like I got some good work in.

I ended up hitting continuous reps until one was below 90% of my best speed and then racked it. I ended when I couldn't start the set higher than 95% of best speed.
