Heavyweight

Felt ok up until the end of the day when I started to get more tired and had a headache. I don't think I drank enough water today but I think I did well on my nutrition. Just trying to get more calories in to help recover better and keep things moving.

Probably took around 30 throws total
15 or so above 40' but didn't feel any consistency. I know anything above 40 is good, but when I hit the distances I did at the end of last season, it doesn't feel like enough.

I am rushing the start and getting all out of position at the finish. Towards the end of the session, I was able to slow down the drive and get into a better finish position but was too gassed to really hit it hard. I know the distances will come as the volume improves, I just need to be patient...it's just hard when I hit world record distances towards the end of the season.

Snatch
Worked up to 110 at hole 3 and missed 120. Hit some 2s and 3s at 110 before moving up.

Floor Press/Bent Row
worked up to 225+80# of chain before the AC joint started to get sore so I shut it down.

Med ball slam/QR Toss

Saving some for LW tomorrow, hopefully I can get some good distances and start to feel a little more confident in the knee. I have been going without sleeves and feeling decent about things, I still have some subconscious guarding about it I know.
