Started with KB power position throws. Started to feel better connection and good warm up. Went to 1 turns and took about 500 of them before I started to get a little more consistently over 40'. Took 3 additional once I hit 40 to see if I could push it out to 43' but the most was about 42'. Full throws took it slow to feel the connection with the weight and was able to start pushing them out to 45' on my last few with better "sink" in double support. This did hurt the knee a bit which is why I'm hesitant to do it I suppose.
