(Troy absolutely demolished this getting 85 in 3 min, it was awesome)
Good to train with Troy, I'm pleased with the progress of my neck, I am able to do some lifts now that I couldn't have done 2 weeks ago. Granted it isn't much weight, but just to be able to do the movement is encouraging.
