Not anything crazy, but I took pretty much zero rest between all this. I still can't handle much weight due to my neck, but it is feeling a little better each day. Just have to keep going and cross my fingers I'll be ready for McPhearson. I have some big numbers to hit and that will probably be my last contest of the year.
