Rack pulls were less than stellar today. I still have to understand that I've lost some deadlift strength. I'll have to build back up to where I was. I'm not far off on some aspects, but others, if I bring them up, I know I'll really improve my pull. I'll have to look back to see what my best pull is from this height, but I'm sure it's more than this.
Got to get motivated!

Just checked back for rack pulls in my log. Turns out that's actually a really good day at that height! Not a bad day after all! Still not good enough...
