Felt really quite shitty the past few days...some kind of flu stuff. I wasn't planning on training today, but I brought my stuff with me to work just in case. I was so dead tired I'm surprised my deadlift went as well as it did. I'm pretty dissapointed with my grip on my pulls though, I really need to hammer that as my DL starts to increase.
