Sled Drag/Keg Carry
Worked up to around 680 with probably a 200 pound keg. It was horrible. I couldn't make the entire 75' with the sled, but after I gave it a few tries I found a way that was a little better. Just had to make it through that learnin' curvin'
We did some other stuff but I was in no shape to remember it, or care to try.
Great to train with Troy as always, he has big plans for his gym and I'm liking what I'm hearing.
