Not bad...the squats really surprised me. I haven't done an actual back squat for a few months so to tie my 405 rep PR and still have a lot in the tank really blew my mind! I think it's the lunges and belt squat's that I've been doing. Who knows though. I linked to my training partner's logs, so everybody who doesn't read this can not read theirs too!
