Squat

Awesome to train at Endless Possibilities with Sean Betz, no rower so did box jumps again for warm up. 24" x3x6

Clean
Worked up to 365ish for 2 singles with no catch (not on purpose, just didn't stay over the bar long enough to finish the pull) and hit a few singles at 355 with room to spare.

Clean felt good, technique isn't on but still hit good weight. High rep squat is killer...going from 2's in season to 10's in high volume is quite the shock to the system.
