Recovery

Recovery day...I am very sore

On a scale of 1-can't get off the toilet...I'm a, "need handrails to get off the pooper"

Rower x10 minutes
2222 meters

Stretching, but not aggressively. It's better to give the muscle fibers time to heal than to stretch aggressively prematurely in the process. Nutrition was good today, hopefully I'll be ready for tomorrow.
