This was kind of a spontaneous workout. I trained really hard tuesday night, so I was beat up on wednesday morning, but when I saw we had a few hours break in the morning I ran home and grabbed my training gear and went through this in about 45 minutes. DL felt good, Zurchers weren't bad. I'm beat up now though...
