Stone

Since I threw a bunch of stone yesterday, today was back in the gym for some new ass workouts

KB jumps
70 x3x5

Clean
Full pull, no catch as fast as possible (afap)
225x3x5

Standing bench
95x5x4

Lunges
95x10 each direction

My body is liking the transition to more throwing, my knee is feeling better and my wrist hurts less...alternatively however, throwing muscles hurt more...which is probably a good thing
