I don't even want to put down the rest of the workout...I have many theories as to why today sucked so bad. None of them are reasonable excuses. Next week I will pull 565.

I need to take care of the little things. Get a program worked out for my next contest (whenever the hell that will be) and get my ass in gear. I know I've been training hard, but I'm not sure how intelligent it has been. Mainly I miss having a big goal of contest looming. I really want to hit a 600 deadlift...but right now, my day to day actions show otherwise.
