Not bad for the second day back. I am really sore from monday's workout. Couple that with sub-par nutrition/hydration on the day, and I'm not too disappointed about today's work. Still trying to get into the groove of things. Second day in a row of Anatomy Lab, that's some intense stuff. Never thought I'd cut up a body, but here I am...doing just that. Kind of makes me cringe, but I guess they say it's the best way to learn. I'm not sure I agree, but maybe I'm just a little adverse to cutting open somebody's grandma, just to see where this vein goes and that muscle starts. Just got to keep the goal in sight...
