Lost power on wednesday the 20th at around 1900 and went without until saturday at 1600 so lifting was sporadic. Trained thursday at the Y. Don't remember exact weights and reps

Went to the gym in the morning but for some reason my upper back/neck area was incredibly sore, pain with pro/retraction, rotations, and flexion/extention. Overhead press was almost impossible, I made it up to 185 for 1 with too much pain to continue. I decided to train tire flips at night if they were pain free. They were so I did 100 reps (10X10) with the tire and then did a few 16kg kettlebell complexes.

Gym this morning, woke up and the neck was stiff and hurt like crazy.
