First Post.
Home for christmas break. Back feels kind of crappy, I hope it's just my bed. Workout was light for that reason. Also I plan to begin a 2 session/day cycle for 3 weeks to see how I improve.

Just got weights for new farmers walk handles so I tried them out. Went 3 60' trips down and back w/ 400 lbs total.
Husefell Stone 2 trips around 180-250 ? feet.
