Update

I started my clinical rotation in Cambridge, NE. It's a small town, but it has a gym. Here's how the first week I was here went down.

Monday
Press

Ended up with 315 overhead, then did some lighter bench.

Tuesday
Pull

Short band deadlift
I think it was 320 for 5 sets of 3

Wednesday
Throw

I just did line drills and some slow motion throws

Throw

So that puts us at now. I'm really, really sore, and really, really tired. So today was a day to address those things.

Not bad, I feel better after this workout. I knew it wouldn't be anything special, just something to get some blood moving. I may switch up my training week this summer. I might go Overhead on Monday, Deadlift on Tuesday, Throw on Wednesday and Thursday, Bench on Friday and Squat on Saturday. That may give me more time to recover throughout the week, plus two of my days will be at home where I have decent spotters and equipment. I will probably break the throwing days into light weight and braemer on one day, and heavy weight and open stone on the other. Not sure yet, we'll see how it plays out.
