Been a while since I last updated. I was at home training underground. I almost completely shut out the outside world and just focused on being at home and working and training outside. It was glorious.
Back to reality.
Found out the events for nationals and I have some big time work to put in to be ready. It's going to require 10 absolutely solid weeks of madness to get ready for this. I know I can do it, it's just a matter of consistancey and stupidity.
